I think that hosting Thanksgiving must be better in theory than in reality. The Husband and I hosted Thanksgiving dinner exactly once – and that was enough. Our Thanksgiving usually consists of at least 10 to 12 people, and our house just isn’t really set up for that size of formal sit-down dinners. So to someone else’s house we go.
But then again, I still love food. And I love to try out new and exciting recipes, no matter what time of year. So, even though we’re not hosting this year, I still browsed Google for Thanksgiving recipes. I just can’t help myself. In my browsing, I came across a few beer-based recipes that sounded pretty darn tasty. And with the Husband’s love of craft beer, I thought it would be fun to pull together an imaginary craft brew Thanksgiving menu.
