Essential Tips:
Don’t skip these tips – read them before starting to avoid any potential mistakes.
- Most blenders will need the help of a tamper, but you may not need it if you have an extra powerful blender.
- Don’t be shy with the tamper if you need it. Use firm pressure and mix it around, making sure you don’t touch the blades.
- This virgin daiquiri is meant to be slightly sweet to let the flavor of the strawberries shine. You can increase the sweetness by adding up to another 1/4 cup of sugar if you like, but it may make it difficult to taste the strawberries.
- If you prefer a drink that’s not very sweet and is more on the tart side, reduce the sugar by half, or add some more strawberries to your blender.

💡 Pro Tip 💡
If you choose to use frozen strawberries, thaw them first so you can keep the ice proportions in the recipe card. If they’re still frozen, blend the frozen strawberries, water, and sugar first. Then slowly blend in small amounts of ice cubes until you reach your desired consistency.
