How to Use the File
Using these Bingo cards is simple and stress-free:
What You’ll Need
- Printable bingo cards – Free copy at the bottom of the post, or download a full set here
- Printer – Print at home or send them off to a shop.
- Paper – I prefer white card stock so they can be reused, but feel free to use what you have
- Scissors to cut apart the cards
- Bingo markers – Use chocolate coins, green candies, marshmallows, or even some leftover buttons.
Set up and Play:
- Print the required number of bingo cards, plus the additional call-out card.
- Carefully cut along the edges of the cards, or keep it easy and simply divide the page down the center.
- Each player will need at least one card and a handful of markers. Make sure to let them know to cover the free space before starting.
- Play Bingo one of two ways:
- Let the leader roll a marker onto the card to randomly pick out each picture. Then mark the picture in one of the squares underneath the image, or
- Cut the squares out from the call out card and place them into a bag. Then have the leader pull the pictures out of the bag until someone calls Bingo!
- The first player to achieve a straight line (vertical, horizontal, or diagonal) calls out “Bingo!” and wins the round.
Important Tips to Remember
Ensure your bingo cards come out looking flawless with these quick tips:
- This file works best if opened in Adobe Acrobat. It may be able to open in other programs (e.g. Mac Preview), but I cannot guarantee that it will provide the best printing properties.
- You can use scissors to cut out the cards, but a straight-edge paper cutter makes the cards look a little neater.
- Set your printer to “Best Quality” mode to make the wintery colors shine.
- You can use regular printer paper to play this game, but the designs will look best on matte printer paper or white card stock.
- Paper Size: These bingo card pages are sized to fit best on standard letter-sized paper(8.5″ x 11″).
- To make the printed cards more durable, laminate them. This way, you can reuse them again and again.
- Add Prizes: Who doesn’t love a little friendly competition? Throw in prizes like stickers, candy, or even a mini leprechaun hat for extra excitement.
