When you’re too busy to spend time in the kitchen, these dump and go slow cooker recipes are the perfect solution! Just dump the ingredients in the crock pot, turn it on, and go about your day. You’ll come home to a delicious dinner that’s ready to eat.

These recipes are perfect for busy families or anyone who wants an easy weeknight meal. From hearty stews to tasty chicken dishes, there’s something for everyone.

Several crock pots on a table with text 17+ dump and go slow cooker recipes.

“What’s for dinner, Mommy?”

Too often, my response is a blank stare or a shrug of the shoulders.

For a long time, I was really good at meal planning. I could tell you what was in the refrigerator at any given moment, and what I was going to do with it over the next week.

But once our third child was born, life went from kind of busy to complete chaos.

It took far too long to recover, but one the one thing that helped most was to incorporate a good variety of easy dump and go slow cooker recipes.

I can’t tell you how many times our programmable crock pot with its removable ceramic insert and a pack of BPA free liners have rescued our dinners – whether it’s because we were busy driving kids all over for extracurriculars, or just needed a simple recipe to bring over to my Mother in Law for Sunday dinner.

Want to avoid spending hours on end preparing food for your party? Click here to download 10 Fast and Easy Party Recipes that don’t take more than 20 minutes of your time to prepare.

Wether you’re looking for a recipe with chicken, a tasty dinner with beef, or even a slow cooker pork recipe, there’s something here for you.

And with so many awesome recipes in your arsenal, you’ll feel so glad that you can actually answer your kids when they ask “what’s for dinner?”

I cannot handle the “What’s for dinner” question! Generally the four of us eat four different things. Pathetic, I know. I’m liking these recipes for me! It’s nearly impossible to impress my three family members so I need to think about my own happiness. That’s what I think!]
The Crockpot Orange Ginger Chicken is where I’ll start.

I finally got a slow cooker a few months ago after years of putting it off. Now I don’t know why I ever held out for so long! It makes for an awesome meal when you can’t be housebound for hours on end.

And yes, meal planning is key. I just got a planner and I include the meals we prepare. Takes it out of my brain and onto a piece of paper!
