Step 2 – Break the almond bark into chunks and place it in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave the almond bark in 30 second intervals until smooth, stirring well between intervals.
Step 3 – Drizzle half of the melted candy over the cereal mixture, and then toss to coat. Repeat, leaving a small amount of melted candy in the bowl.
Step 4 – Use a spatula to drizzle any remaining almond bark over top of the coated cereal mixture. Let the candy set for about an hour. Break the candy into pieces before serving.
Essential Tips:
Don’t skip these tips – read them before starting to avoid any potential mistakes.
- Be careful not to burn or overheat the almond bark in the microwave. As it gets closer to being completely melted, shorten your intervals to 15 or 10 seconds. (Want to learn more about melting chocolate? This guide has all the chocolate melting tips you need.)
