How to Make Cookie shot glasses

Cookies and milk get a creative update with these fun edible chocolate chip cookie shot glasses for cute little desserts that are perfect for a party or any special occasion.

you'll need:

– Butter – Light brown sugar – All-purpose flour – Chocolate chips – Egg yolk – Vanilla extract – Table salt – Sprinkles of your choice

Step 1

Cream together butter and light brown sugar with a mixer.

Step 2

Add egg yolk and vanilla extract. Mix to combine.

Step 3

Add flour and salt. Use a spatula to combine.

Step 4

Mix in chocolate chips. The dough will be stiff.

Step 5

Form the cookie shots inside the wells of a greased popover pan.

Step 6

Freeze for 20 minutes, then bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Use a spoon to push back the sides of the cookie shots.

Step 7

Cool for 10-15 minutes, then flip over the popover pan to release the cookie shots.

Step 8

Melt chocolate chips (we used white chocolate) until smooth.

Step 9

Coat the inside of the cookie shots with the melted chocolate.

Step 10

Dip the rim of the cookie shot into a bit of melted chocolate.

Step 11

Immediately dip the chocolate coated rim into sprinkles of your choice.
