  • 1 9-10 inch spinach wrap
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 20 slices deli chicken or turkey
  • mayonnaise, mustard, hummus, or guacamole (Optional)
  1. Lay the spinach wrap flat on a clean cutting board.
  2. Place 5 slices of cheddar cheese on the wrap.
  3. Layer 20 slices of deli chicken or turkey, letting the meat fall into folds as you go.
  4. Carefully roll up the wrap, rucking the ingredients in as you go. Use a few toothpicks to hold everything together.
  5. Cut the wrap into 8 pieces, roughly 1-inch wide, adding and moving toothpicks as you go.
  6. Serve with your favorite condiments on the side.
Recipe Notes
  • One wrap can serve 4-8 kids, depending on the quantity of sides you have available (more sides at a party means you can plan for fewer roll ups per person)
  • We love the rotisserie chicken by Oscar Meyer, but feel free to substitute your favorite deli chicken or turkey. You could even use shredded chicken, as long as it isn't too dry.
  • Don't lay your deli meat flat on the wrap. Letting it roll up and over on itself makes your chicken cheddar pinwheel sandwiches look nice and full.
  • If you have any picky eaters, or plan to make these for a crowd, make an extra one with a plain flour tortilla. Some people just don't like green food.
