  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 6 ounces Beer
  • Pinch of Kosher Salt
  1. Prepare a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Measure the Bisquick mix into a bowl.
  3. Add one or two ounces of beer to the Bisquick and combine carefully. Continue adding beer and mixing until the Bisquick forms a heavy dough, and there are no obvious lumps of mix remaining. Be careful not to add too much beer or to overmix the batter.
  4. Drop biscuit dough onto the prepared sheet. Don't worry about making them look perfect, these are rustic-looking biscuits
  5. Sprinkle with kosher salt and bake at 350F for 6-12 minutes until the dough just turns golden brown.
